Well, I'm back, too!

Postby Kornpop » December 30th, 2005, 10:13 am

Hi to all,

I started medifast back in Sept. of 2004 and did really well--lost about 30 pounds. But then Thanksgiving came along and all it took was a couple bites of the wrong stuff and I was off and running. I gained back that 30# plus added another 25# to my 5'2" frame. I am at my highest weight now--nothing fits and I really am miserable. But--I am really excited about being back with MF. Today is day #1--and I guess it is time to quit looking back and beating myself up about what I should have done.

Anyway, I really enjoy reading all your posts. I don't have a lot of fancy stuff to say, but will check in regularly by reporting my weekly weight loss.

Thank you!
Sandy

Thanks, Unca--

Now this is going to sound really stupid, but I want to place an order and I can't find the spot to do it. Where might it be?

Hey Big Ron ~

Yup, you are so right - I see a few words here that I really like:

comeback

returning

loser

not alone

All these words describe the truth.

If you come back you have a great opportunity to be successful - staying away  doesn't help you to make progress in the losing game!

returning to what you know works, what is safe and proven to result in rapid weight loss = returning to improved health and a lower number on the scale

loser = you will be a loser in no time at all - one week from now, you'll be on the losers' side, like some of us :bouncieball:

not alone = you are not alone! :help: Others are here to help you along on the journey to Thinville and you are not alone in having some returning flabbage - we can do it together! :stroll: :stroll: :stroll: :stroll:

P.S. It was great to talk to you today. I know you can do it, KornPop! I believe in you, Kid! You are a winner! :kool:

Thank you, Big Ron and Nancy. I don't think there are many places these days where you find people whom you've never met, but that you feel really care. Thank you for your kind words.
