Weighted in after first month and......

I am down 30# :bounce: I could have been down more but had a few off days but overall I am enjoying the plan. My wife was happy when I weighed in then gave me a hard time because I cheated and still lost that much :D . So as I start my second month I am really going to try and stay more compliant to the diet.

What a great start Clint!! That's a great jump start to your total weight you plan to lose, I hope it gives you great incentive to stay compliant.
