Hi! Ok, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that first thing in the morning is your true weight for the day. Yeah, I don't even pay attention to my weight throughout the day because it can fluctuate quite a bit due to what was eaten and how much liquid has been consumed. So I would say your morning weigh-ins are a safe bet!
