You will have good days and bad days. That is why this forum is here, we will celebrate with you and we will cry with you and we will encourage you.
I agree with Unca, give it 30 days, then decide
I agree with what was said, the reason Tim wants you to go 30 days, is because IT WORKS, in 30 days, you will see progress, and realize it is the only program that works like this. There is not oppertunity for you to fail. Do what Tim said, search the net, yada yada yada, healthy, medically proven etc.. I had heard it all, I just wanted the weight off as 99% of us here do. Yes I want to be healthy, but I was tired of being FAT. Medifast is common CENTS. Yes it is proven, yes its healthy. You are here to lose weight. Since you are comitted, (you bought the produce, you are taking the product, and you ar here for support) you MUST lost the weight. You are consuming only 500 calories a day. This is the easy part - the part where you lose weight. Its hard at first, trust me whan I say it is a lifestyle change. Realize it is going to happen. It will not happen overnight, but IT WILL HAPPEN. DO not give up. DO not even think about leaving this program. Where are you going? Some other "portion controlled" diet? THis IS THE LAST STOP. This is the program that works. Take my advice, from the guy that started 1000 diets, and had no control, and that ate everything in sight. This is the last stop. It was the last stop for me, and it WORKED. You have to give it time. GIVE IT A CHANCE to prove itself. I will help you in anyway I can, as I am sure everyone else here will. DO NOT GIVE UP.
BOY IS THIS REALLY WORTH IT, all i have gone through, the constipation, the going to the bathroom all times of night after drinking all the water, the being so cold ( i have been roasting my kids with heat) wearing 2 shirts, bypassing all that good smelling and tasting food.
Trade off: Constipation for a short time, or staying overweight?
Trade off: lots of water or, staying overweight?
Trade off: waering 2 shirts, or staying overweight?
Trade off: roasting kids, or staying overweight?
Easy answer, I will gladly trade thin for any of the above!!!
