Before I comment about your weight loss, I see by your posted weight that you are just a skosh away from kissing the two hundreds good-bye forever!! Whee! Celebrate when those scales say one ninety something!
I had a few plateaus in my weight loss journey, too. It seemed to me that when I got close to 200, I’d never get there. My weight loss slowed down a bit then, too.
Are you getting plenty of sleep?
I’m sure your water intake is good – you just have been slurping so faithfully.
Sleep is a very important part of this program. Even though you feel so good and your energy levels are high, our bodies still need eight hours of sleep to repair and rejuvenate itself. With the holiday this last week perhaps you were a bit stressed out
and not getting adequate sleep. Stress will affect our weight loss because it affects our hormonal levels.
Tell me what you’ve been having for your modified meal maybe I can analyze some of the things you’ve been eating.
What is your eating schedule like? What time of the day do you have your meals?
