weight loss chart/graph program??

Postby cyn » August 30th, 2006, 7:48 am

Does anyone know of any download or program you can use to chart your weightloss progress? I am not very computer savvy so I dont even know where to look! I think it would be great motivation to see the line dropping from week to week as the pounds go down!

If you have MS Excel, you might want to check this out:

I use mymedifast, but I was going to suggest Excel if Unca didn't beat me to it :)

I bet fitday or ediets or one of those places also has an online tracker.

I use Calorieking Nutrition and Exercise Manager. It's really been helpful keeping me on track. Lots of graphs make it easy to see if I'm eating healthy balanced lean and greens or too much carbs/fat or my personal bugaboo..sodium.

You can find it on the calorieking dot com site, and they give you a free testdrive for 7 days to see if you like it. I forget what the cost is if you decide to purchase it, but I do know it's under $50.00

Happy tracking,

"Some" day TSFL's new platform is going to have some great tools also.

I saw them previewed at the conference and they looked really good.
Menu planner with calories, protein, carbs, etc....weight tracker and journal.
