Well, I weighed this morning and I have a 5 pound loss this week . I am very proud and really like MF a lot so far.

I just wanna let you all in on a place I found that has fat free, calorie free, sugar free, carb free made with Splenda products like

salad dressing
dips
pancake syrup
chocolate sauce
alfredo sauce
marinara sauce
fruit spreads

the place is called Walden Farms
I just placed my first order with them.


I am looking forward to my next weigh in !!!

Have you weighed in on the weekly roll call yet?? it's under roll call. and then click on the date for that Sunday.. I have used the Walden Farms before.. I have bought it in several of the stores around where I live.. 5# is really a Great start.. Keep up the good work and I hope to see less of you next week have a great day..Martha

Great job, Sarah!

I found the Walden Farms stuff right before I started MF. I ordered online, but then the next day found them in HiHealth. I was really bummed as I spent $8 on shipping and waited like 2 weeks for them to arrive! But I waited as I didn't want to spend more money if I didn't like them. I have the cesear and honey dijon salad dressings and the BBQ sauce. They are pretty good.

Just wanted to say that I found the Walden Farms stuff in the grocery store here locally -- check your store too -- maybe it's there -- Don't have to pay shipping.
