2 WEEKS

Postby REFORMER » July 22nd, 2006, 12:59 am

AFTER 2 WEEKS I HAVE LOST 8LBS. I WISH IT WAS MORE BUT I AM ONLY 5'0"AND NEED TO LOSE ABOUT 30-35MORE. IT IS GREAT TO TRY ON PANTS THAT WERE REALLY TIGHT LAST MONTH AND NOW FEEL GREAT. MY HUSBAND SAW ME WALKING AT A DISTANCE AND SAID HE HAD TO DO A DOUBLE TAKE BECAUSE I ALREADY LOOK DIFFERENT. I WENT OUT TO EAT A COUPLE OF TIMES AND MAY HAVE HAD A LITTLE TOO MUCH FAT FOR MY LEAN AND GREEN, BUT FROM NOW ON, I AM GOING TO ERR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION. ALSO, HAS ANYONE ELSE FOUND THE "SALAD SPRITZERS" IN THE SALAD DRESSING AISLE? THEY'RE GREAT, ONLY 1 CAL PER SPRAY. WHAT A GREAT IDEA, I WISH I HAD THOUGHT OF IT.

P.S. SORRY I CANNOT REGISTER, AS I ONLY USE THE INTERNET ACCESS AT WORK, I DON'T HAVE EMAIL-CAN I STILL REGISTER?

Hi Reformer

Congrats! I'm right with you - after 2 weeks I'm down 8 pounds (5'5" here)! I have been completely on plan, with only one questionable meal. I had to go to a business luncheon yesterday, so I switched my L&G from dinner to lunch. I had a grilled chicken breast, green beans and mushrooms. I'm not sure how the mushrooms were prepared. I guess they weren't too bad!

Good luck this week!

Vicky :-P

Sounds like you're doing great!!! Regarding the registration, I just don't know. Have you tried to register yet? I'm certain someone will stop by and lend their hand.

Welcome!!!!

Sounds like you are doing great!! One thing to keep in mind is that you may not lose pounds as quick as you would like but I guarantee if you are sticking to the program, you will lose inches which is probably what your hubby is seeing. What a great feeling and awesome compliment from him - he's a keeper!!

Keep up the great work and get ready to go shopping - your clothes aren't going to be fitting soon :)
