Hi All,

I can't believe it's been 5 weeks already. I've been so busy with work and the kids that I haven't been able to post as often as I'd like, but I have stuck to MF without a cheat and I always think you all of you and hoping your having a successful day.

Ok, here's the weight loss: 2.8 pounds! 24.4 pounds total in 5 weeks! Here's hubbie's weight loss: 4.6 pounds for a total of 36.6 pounds gone in 5 weeks! He also had a NSV: he could button his dungaree jacket.

WTG Toydiva and Hubby!!!!!!!!!! Both the losses and the NSV are wonderful. You are working the program and the program is working for you.

Good job also on making it 5 weeks without cheating it makes it easier everday doesn't it!
