Hi, I joined Medifast 3 weeks ago, and have lost 9 pounds already! I just wanted to say what a wonderful diet this is- and this is the first diet EVER (and, believe me there have been many)..that I have stuck to and have not wanted to cheat on! Not even a nibble of bad stuff.
I belong to a Medifast center, and love going in each week to weigh and track my progress on their machine that shows body fat %, water %, and lean muscle mass. I did lose 3 lbs. lean muscle mass, and they let me know how important it is to exercise even a little!
I'm so glad there is a forum to go to, and get lots of ideas about what I'm doing right/wrong.
So, thanks everyone for posting all questions you can think of!!!
