I have lost another 4.2 pounds this week for a total of 16.4 pounds! WOOHOO. Ok, I had to toot my own horn. I am especially proud of these last 4.2 pounds because I am very swollen due to pms etc. I also have been told I can only have a liter of water a day because all the water I have been drinking has been sticking around and I have been swelling up a bit and having some high blood pressure. The good news is, the more weight I loose, the better my body will get rid of water and the more I can drink!
