It's very hard for me on weekends because I work 2 - 12 hour shifts overnight. Before medifast, I would eat anything sometimes just to wake me up (all that's open for take out is a McD & Waffle house). This past weekend I took my pudding & RTD, water bottle, instant tea & crystal light and bullion. I kept on schedule by eating every three to four hours and although I had an extra shake, it was so much better than eating out or hitting the vending machines. I do not work outside the home M-F but I have moved my home office upstairs so that its very inconvenient to wander into the kitchen...
