Week 1 weigh in

Postby iwontplaythefoolnemore » January 28th, 2006, 12:55 pm

I just finished my first week on Medifast, and I feel great. I have so much energy. It's uncanny. I weighed in this morning, and I've lost 10.5 lbs. :yay:

I'm very excited. I hope I can keep this up. Coming to the forum has helped me a lot. It's addictive! lol. There's so much information.

10 pounds gone

Postby Jan » January 28th, 2006, 1:55 pm

Hi There,
YOu are doing great. My only word of caution for you is that you most likely won't part with 10.5 pounds again next week. You will part with pounds but most likely not that amount. I'm only saying this so you won't be discouraged. Just keep following the program and your results will be absolutely great. It is the quickest and safest program there is!!! :D I'll be watching 8) for you.

Thanks everyone. I've prepared myself for a smaller weight loss this week. I'm going to start weighing in on Sunday though so I can join the roll call. I've always been a binger. So this experience is a little surreal. I can't believe I'm actually sticking with the program.

Isn't it amazing how the plan seems to get easier with each passing day?

For once I think I have found a plan I can stick with!!
