hi everone I lost 3# this week that makes 20# pounds so far .I am so

Keep up the great work. Twenty pounds is quite an accomplishment!
Are those clothes getting baggy yet??

Ellen ,I had to use a belt on my bluejean skirt this morn. so I can tell a difference in my clothes .some look pretty baggy but I dont want to buy any thing till i haft to cause i am not quiting till i get to 124# so I am just gonna to belt them down and try to get away with that for awhile. you are really doing good I bet you can tella big difference in your clothes also :smoke:

that wt.right off arn;t you we;ll just keep it up .Susan 231 starting wt./ 210 now / 125 goal
