Week 2 Is Over - 2nd Weigh-In

First, I want to thank you all for your encouragement on my first week's weight loss. I tell ya, last week when I posted my first weight loss, I was like a kid in a candy store (no pun intended :D ) whenever I would log on...I'd be so excited to see the replies! So thanks for the continued motivation.

Week 2 is over, and I lost 6.5 pounds! That makes a total of 13 pounds in 2 weeks! It doesn't seem real, but I know it is, and God bless Medifast :nana: !
