Week One Update

I am happy to announce that my first week is done and I have lost 7 pounds!!! :lol: I am simply amazed at how much better I feel already. One big thing I have noticed since starting MF is that I am sleeping better at night. Anyone else experience this? I used to wake up in the wee hours of the morning and couldn't get back to sleep. Since starting MF, I have been sleeping ALL NIGHT LONG!!

This is such a do-able program and everyone on this list has been so supportive and inspiring. Keep the positive posts coming, they really work!

Congrats on losing 7lbs. Next week you will be under the 200 mark, :yes: which feels soooooo good. Keep on keepin on. You are doing great! :) Jade

Oh I almost forgot about that benefit. YES! I started sleeping better and all through the night too. :)

Shelley - WELCOME ! You have done AWESOME !!!!!!!!!! CONGRATUALTIONS !!!!!!!!! No change in my sleep - but I will say I am having to learn to sleep in a different position b.c my leg bones are touching. This is not a complaint as I never had bone on bone before - just padding :). Glad to hear you are getting the side benefits early. Mytime
