Well I have made it through one week!
I have to say, I'm pretty surprised that I have stayed on it so well. Even though I feel as if I have cheated with each Strawberry Shortcake Vanilla shake, I'm feel better each day and enjoy when my next meal comes
I started on Thursday - Jan 19 at 266lbs
Today (Jan 26) - 259lbs
So I have lost 7lbs in my first week!
I'm still trying to get into all the recipes but I'll get there soon! Still working
