Thanks everyone, and Robin, the only place I am not having a problem with hair loss is my face. But my hair loss isn't related to the program so much as family history. Mom is bald, grandfather is bald, I am doomed. Oh well, I have a nice thick beard I can shave to have hair to cover my head

A bald guy sat infront of me in college and he had a SUPER hairy back and I always thought about just.....moving the hair up...up...there its now on top of his head! :lol:

I know...that was rude but I was bored.

Sigh...like I can talk seeing whats happening to mine.

Thanks y'all! Feels great and it was great this weekend seeing my family looking great too. They are becoming big losers and those of us at Thanksgiving have lost over 450 lbs between us. Nice seeing the family getting healthier!
