
I'm hoping week 2 will bring positive success also. I lost most of my weight early in my week, so now I'm nervous that I'll stall and not lose more since the last few days have been the same... I think I'll quit being "scared" that it'll quit working once I finish week 2 or 3 and see that scale still going down, which I know it will... Just don't want it to be a "1 week phenomenon..."
It's been very hot here also, I read someone's post about the heat and I think it slows things down too. Or maybe all that heat just makes me cranky!
