I still have 1.2 lbs to go and LOTS of toning...but I'm a pretty happy camper with my results so far.

I have lost a total of 81 inches

neck ~ 4.5
bust ~ 14
arms ~ 8.5 (both combined)
waist ~ 16
hips ~ 18
thighs ~ 20 (both combined)

and one with the puppers...just cuz they're incredibly cute!

Hey Nat...I never thought of it that way, but yeah, we're both such totally different looking people now, we feel like completely different people now...so I guess we DO feel like we're cheating! With eachother! LOL

I am Katie...I am proud of myself. I never would have been able to do this without Medifast, Take Shape For Life and all the cheers and encouragement I receive from all of you here.

Monahans dunes are very cool too though...I just can't get used to the fact of there being miles and miles of sand dunes and NO water. Boggles the mind! :lol:
