Maybe; depending on how many ounces your glass holds...
The rule of thumb as I understand it is:
*your weight divided by two = number of ounces per day*
example #140 divided by 2 = 70 ounces
Having said that, I know that I need to drink 4 lt. daily to sustain weight loss. All bodies are different. Be careful not to wash your eletrloytes away; if you feel lightheaded, headachey, etc... drink a cup of boullion ASAP.
