Here are some interesting facts about water and why it is soooo important to drink lots and lots.

Water flushes toxins out of our systems, and helps relieve stress (must be a hydration thing)
Water helps our digestion, circulation and helps regulate body temperature.
When you feel thirsty you've already lost 1 - 2% in fluids.
