Here are some interesting facts about water and why it is soooo important to drink lots and lots.

Water helps remove by products created during the breakdown of fat tissue

Water flushes toxins out of our systems, and helps relieve stress (must be a hydration thing)

Water helps our digestion, circulation and helps regulate body temperature.

When you feel thirsty you've already lost 1 - 2% in fluids.

This was all found in a add for bottled water but I thought information was interesting.

I call water my "liquid life insurance!"

No artificial preservatives or coloring either! :toast:

I swear in the beginning, I was sure that I was doing my own personal race horse impression and that is where all the pounds went.....swirl and flush!!!

Great 4-1-1 Jan, now I need to go and refill......not sure if I was already thirty or if you planted a seed m-- regardless, let's all raise a glass and chug MFers!
