Yes...I am now sleeping quite well with only 1 or 2 interuptions though the night. MUCH IMPROVEMENT.
It does take a bit to get used to. Water has been my beverage of choice for several years now...just not THIS much. But...it's a piece of cake now.
I have my meds and a bottle of water in the bathroom to take during one of my potty breaks. I find I have to stop myself from slurping too much water when I do this to keep from having to get up to go again within the next hour.
As far as my weight loss steady rolling off. Well...I'm trying really hard not step on the scale everyday. I think I have a harder time doing that than I did my first 3 days on MF.
I did step on the scale this morning though...my last time being on Tuesday because that was my ACTUAL 1 week mark...and it really hasn't moved much at all. .2 is all so I decided to put it away until Sunday morning roll call. I'm not disappointed and I haven't lost one bit of my enthusiasm...after losing 10 lbs in one week I am pretty much expecting a whole lot less this week. So we'll see on Sunday.
Heck I would have been happy with 5 lbs lost last week. The additional 5 was a SUPER added bonus!
