Water Aerobics

Sometimes I love drinking all the water we drink. :water: Then other days ... I think that's where water aerobics kicks in :runner: Up, run, down, up, back to work, wait 20-30 minutes do it again! Oh don't forget the weights :weightlift: up water, down water, go get water, start again :toast: Tee Hee (rhymes with the issue I'm having) :shock: No water retention here :nana:

Hahaha I just told my boss, in case she thought something was wrong, that i keep getting up because of all this water and de-caf tea, and i have to walk all the way to the other side of the floor ever 20-30 min. You cant tell me either that I have water retention. :x

That is too funny! :roll: I opened this post expecting to have water aerobics envy and then I see this is a kind of water aerobics I already, um, participate in!

I work out of the house and my office is downstairs and the bathroom is upstairs. I have never gone up and down stairs so much in my life! And I now buy my TP at BJ's!
