Hey everyone!
I want a TICKER!! I went to the web site and was able to make one...........but alas I have no idea how to get it over here?! :question:

I know I saw some info on how to do this in the forum somewhere, but now I cant find it...............HELP!!

I hope this helps - when you're finished making the ticker, go to the "code" in the "BBCode" box and "copy" the whole thing, then go to your profile under signature and then "paste" it in. (You can copy and paste using your main menu or your right clicker on the mouse.)

FATFREE--

Hey go to the search thingy^up by your profile and type in Tickerfactory.com or tickers and it will send you to a place where you can find them..Just scroll down to all of the posts on it.. I had a problem with them at first because I didn't know how to copy and paste.. once you get them done you just need to copy(puts it all in black)then hit right side of mouse and copy should pop up. click on it and then bring it to your profile and paste it..(click the left side of the mouse and then hit the right side of the mouse and paste should pop up--then just click on that) it should work.. I am not a computer person so i really can't break it down any better for you(SORRY) hope this helps..Martha

Almost there w/the count down ticker. How did you get the slashes and ruler type ticker?? When I did it, I had to enter a date to and from?? Confused :?:

Can someone help shed some light?

HELLO and WELCOME to our forum.. I like your ticker too.. these are the neatest things.. alot of people change their's monthly but I love snowmen and the idea of melting away the pounds worked for me.. I know you will do great on MF .. It really works and the people on this forum are the greatest..Hope to see less of you at weigh-in..Martha

Tickers make you accountable don't they- lets see if this works

I started Medifast 3 weeks ago and have gotten many tips from the forum

I picked tulips for Holland where my parents were born and a rabbit because I raised Mini Rex, Tans, and Rex for 11 years for my kids FFA project-

How interesting that your parents are from Holland.. did you ever live there? I really like your ticker too and yes they do help keep us accountable..3 weeks and still here with us..that's GREAT!!! keep up the good work..Martha

No Martha never lived there- I was a war baby- came to America inside my mother's stomach-the ship landed in Long Beach California and I was adopted- found my birth mother then my birth father who still lived in Holland on the Island of Terschelling- stayed there for 3 weeks in 1997- I was then "reborn" as a Dutch woman ( love love love everything Dutch) but all the people in Europe are thin and I was the only fat one- my birth mother was heavy but lost it all walking- So gee I have to get skinny- LOL! My birth family even chastised me for eating at Mc Donalds in Holland- they refuse to eat there!

WOW----------That is so interesting.. I just love this forum... it's like going to all of these places and never leaving the house(which I seldom do anyway).. What a great story and to find them after all that time.. WOW!!!!!!! :mrgreen:

They love you I am sure no matter what size you are BUT I know you can't wait till you are a skinny little thing and visit again..
