Hi everyone...I have had to take my "big girl pill", suck it up and bring myself back. It is sorta depressing to see that a lot of the people that were here when i was here before have reached goal and i went in the opposite direction. Don't get me wrong, I am extremely happy and proud of you guys, CONGRATS! It was also depressing when i stepped on the scale this morning and saw the number 248. I had to rub my eyes and refocus but the number didn't change. So here i am once again, jumping on the medifast train, I am reaching for EVERYONE'S hands to help pull me up. As of today, I am ready for the ride. That doesn't mean that tomorrow won't be another story but i have to take it one day at a time. I did very well today but, well, Unca, I guess I have to move out of my 20# club. I am back at ground zero. I am not worried, I will be back at 20# in no time with the help of this wonderful forum. It's great to see so many new people and the old ones that are still hanging in there. I'm glad to be back to the medifast family.

Hi! I recognize your forum name, I guess you joined not long before I got preggo and had to stop Medifasting. I noticed those same people already lost their weight and moved on for the most part hehe... sad but I had no choice! I have a little girl now, if you want to see her picture check out my journal.

Welcome back! I understand your feelings of depression when seeing that others have gotten to their goal, while you went the other way. I've done the same thing. However, this time I decided I was not going to allow myself any excuses, NONE!!!

You already know MF works and you already know what you have to do. So, you're way ahead in the game. You can do this!!!!!!! :cleader:
