I am new to MF, but I tried Medi-Cal a few years ago and it worked well. The only problem was that I did shakes only and got really tired of it. I am enjoying this program and have lost about 7-8 lbs. in two weeks.
Anyway, if you want to chat or help each other stick with it count me in. Right now I need to have my S/O take some before pics. I have a feeling that the change is going to be quick and I want to have the pics to look at to keep me motivated.
