I'm so happy I could help! It means so much to me that my struggles against this beast (myself) helps other people! I'm rooting for it and KNOW this time is the last time for you AND for me!

As for the photo, I just printed it out on that new post-it note paper, so I can stick it to things (like the hotel Room service menu!) I printed "never again" under the photo...it's ALL the motivation I need!

While I know I can never go back to fast food 3x per day, I know that when I want to indulge on truly GOOD food when I'm maintaining, I'll know when to stop! If not, it's the diagnostic pants and back to MF!
