I think walking is great! AND it fits perfectly with the Take Shape for Life's BeSlim(tm) philosophy. Nancy's posted it somewhere -- it's an acronym.

So, yes!! Walk!!
It's a key to successfully living at a healthy weight. (This is second had knowledge at this point -- I look forward to saying this is part of what
I do to live successfully at a healthy weight.)
