Waitin on the FedEx man........

Postby onehotmommy » January 18th, 2006, 8:06 am

My MF goodies are out for delivery today!

:whoohoo:

I have been doing my lean & green, drinking that *other* brand of shake, and getting lots of water down in the meantime. I am down 6 lbs today from when I ordered last week!!! I can't wait to see how the weight comes off once I really get going!

:eat: :eat: :eat: :eat: :eat: :water:

:D

Y'all just get me so excited :D ! 6 lbs in one week! HOLY COW! I was surprised at how good my first shake was. I can handle this. Maybe for my birthday I could be down 40 lbs (10 lbs per month?) oh my gosh! I'm excited :-P !

40 pounds gone

Postby Jan » January 18th, 2006, 10:39 am

Hi Stela,
My guess (and of course I tend to be the conservative guesser :? -- never want to dissapoint anyone) is that you will have no problem parting with the pounds before your birthday :D The only thing that would keep you from that is a medical problem I don't know about. But other than that "no problem" go for it. You'll make it for sure :D

Postby LovenElvis » January 18th, 2006, 11:16 am

You and I both are going to be 30 this year. Mine is in April and I'm using that as one of my mini goals for this program.

I haven't started offically yet, I'm waiting on the fed-ex man as well.

We'll have to see were we are at at that poing :)

The "kiss the FedEx man" icon goes here, but I can't find one!

I cleared off a whole shelf in the cabinet just for me. This keeps me out of the pantry where the spaghettios and coke are ;) I ordered the choc and vanilla RTD shakes (making it easy on myself this first month!), choc pudding, banana pudding, lemon bars, choc mint bars, peach oatmeal, and the maple & brown sugar oatmeal. My free week included another box of choc pudding, chai latte, chili, cream of broccoli soup, and hot cocoa. I was very curious what would be in it and I am very happy with this selection! I am so excited!!!!!!!! Now, I am really on my way!

Stela, I am thinking 40 lbs in 4 mos is definately doable. Hang in there! The shakes really are good, aren't they!

Laura, that b'day is having more of an affect on me than I ever dreamed it would. You can certainly make good progress from now until April! Here are some (((c'mon FedEx man))) vibes for ya! It is so much fun to see everything and know that all my food is right there and I can't have all the other junk. It is a good thing for me to have the boundary of completely separate food from everyone else right now. This is definately going to work for me!

:D

Goal setters are goal-getters!

When we set attainable goals and focus on them, we get there!

Write them down, make a poster with pictures of things you want to do when you get to your goal weight, glue magazine pictures or cutouts of activties that you can do along the journey.

Every day, read your goal, look at your goal poster, marinate in it - you'll get there!

You are gonna do great!
