I packed this huge suitcase of all my new "smaller size" clothes and when I went to lift it off the bed it was too heavy to lift. My daughter said you better weigh it because if is expensive if it's over 50 lbs. I said to her, gee this must be more than 50, it's a TON!!!. So I decided to drag it over to my scale and lift it as best as I could and weigh it with me. (Hated to see the scale climbing to the big numbers, but I knew it was the tonnage of the luggage) so I got over that shock. In any case, the suitcase added approximately 32 pounds to my weight at which point it hit me!!!. I have lost 37 pounds. Do you mean I lugged that around with me and then some?? No wonder I couldn't walk or breathe.
After seeing how much I have actually lost, I have more incentive than ever to control myself on the cruise and for the rest of my life for that matter. I still have about 40 more to lose and now I know for sure that I want that next big suitcase off my body.

PS: Planning to visit with my sister in Florida who I have not seen in a while but according to my nieces she is very obese and suffering with diabetes and hypertension so she will get the MEDIFAST lecture from me and maybe lose a few suitcases too!!!!!

GOD BLESS MEDIFAST!!!!!!
