Hi Stacie! I would not be able to do this program if I were only doing shakes. They are not filling enough for me, and would make me go nuts if I didn't have anything more substantial. Whenever I have more than 2 shakes in a row, I find myself super hungry way before my next scheduled supplement. The soups and eggs are a great change up, since they are savory instead of the sweet stuff all the time.
Have you been taking your measurements, or noticing the way your clothes fit? Lots of the time you are losing inches even when the scale is not moving!
