I'm at 3 1/2 weeks and I've lost 13 lbs. I didn't think I could see a lot of difference yet, BUT 3 people this week have asked me if I'm shriinking!! Since I've got a total of 70 lbs to lose, I was surprised they could detect any change. I guess it shows more than I realize. :) Anyway, it feels good! I can't wait til this TOM is gone and I drop the couple I've been hanging on to for 3 days now. Maybe then I'll be able to see it too.
