Hey Lady,

Sorry it took me so long to look at this thread but I agree with everyone before me - you look fantastic! I mean great! Keep up the excellent work. You're almost in onederland to boot! You are rocking it. I keep wanting to use all exclamation points just to get across what a wonderful job you're doing! :)

Thanks for the comments Kelly, Chynna, Joy, and Quennie! You all know why it's taken me so long to respond right? Bren just left this morning and I haven't been taking computer time when she was here. But I still wanted to get on here and say thank you!

Joy-about the posture thing-I do yoga. It's added an inch to me with the whole stand up straight thing.

Thanks for the comments tho girlies. I'm 4#s from onederland!

Thanks Wilson and Kim. I do appreciate your comments. I haven't been around much lately but I wanted you to know that I really do appreciate the support I've gotten here.

You are looking incredible! It's true that you look really fit and strong the more you slim down and I am really excited to see how your continued shrinking changes your body and your outlook. Congratulations for both your progress to date and your continue success to come! :D

Aw, shucks, LH, you make me blush! And yes I LOVE MF!

And thank you Cyd. (Syd is one of my oldest daughters pet names). I can't wait for some of this stuff to get more toned and defined. I want to be more athletic. How crazy is that??? (well, you'd think it was crazy if you knew me, I promise.)

I've been at a stand still lately and have gotten a little frustrated. I needed to come in here and remind myself how far I've come. I love looking at everyone's pictures. It reminds me that I need to keep going and not quit yet.

Hey Skye!

I hear you on the exercise/athleticsm front. I believe it still scares people when I talk about how I am a gym rat (well, I've cut back a lot since starting MF again), how I have some new target zone I can't wait to tone, how I'm always out walking, jogging, going to yoga classes. The more you lose, the more you find yourself wanting to be incredibley fit and strong - not just skinny. It is kind of an amazing thing. Good for you for revisiting your progress - never forget how far you have come and keep it moving!
