Thanks Liz for your kind words! That pic is so old, my baby is going to be one in a couple of weeks. I will have to have the unca post some more pics of that after it happens. We so want to be healthier and more active with our little one in the years to come!

I think its great that you and your husband are doing this together....plus it makes it so much easier to be compliant...not to have to fix 2 meals or have other tempting foods in the house. You guys are doing great and have one good lookin family.

That's funny you should say that Ark, she's under weight. Well I shouldn't say under, but she is very lean. In the 25% for her weight. Hubby and I just look at each other like...Where did she come from, is she really OUR child? lol

Hopefully she will never experiance what we have.
