‘Mindfulness’ is one of those vague words you often see in magazines, but what does it really mean? Being mindful means being present in the moment, not an easy task in the rush of everyday life. With practice, though, it can be done. Being mindful helps us become more aware of our behaviors and our goals. It can cause us to slow down and really take some time to look at what we are doing.
