Many thanks to Unca, 'cause I sure don't know how to post a photo...
OK, this is me Mother's Day 2006 (yesterday). Not sure of weight because my scale needs a new battery , but I'd guess 170#-ish. DH took this picture , I told him it was a "before" picture. He thinks it's a before picture of our new garden. He will be pleased and supportive when he realizes it's actually a before picture of me.



Hoping my first Medifast order will be here the end of this week, I am so ready to start (though, admittedly, I will miss that glass of wine in the evening). Best to all-

aww amber, thats great you posted the pic because you can always look back as you keep losing and see how much of a difference your weight loss is making. my mother is the same with her nightly glass of wine, but maybe once you lose you can incorporate it back in, but with other healthy habits as well. I shall be posting a pic later tonight. my cousin and i both are taking before pics tonight. even though she hasnt joined the forum with her permission i think im going to post her pic too so i can show her later
