Looks like everyone is doing great. Other than the... ummm... irregular, regularity. About all I can add for that is the usual potty products. From everything i've experienced and read about, our bods should adjust to the new diet in a few days. If anyone's still having potty probs, post here again and we'll try to get a remedy for it.
Sorry we've been MIA for support here, but we're in the middle of a family crisis at the moment. (not medifast related)

Keep up the great support for one another. You're all doing a fantastic job.
