Wow! I am really happy! My husband and I noticed are clothes are somewhat loose! I have chosen to join my husband in the "lean and mean" plan! I decided this on day two!!! (I started Monday of this week.) I found I was just to hungry on Monday and I read that you should be hungry, but I felt sick! I now make a large salad for one of meals in place of a shake. I do not eat meat so that the large salad is fine for me. No fatty salad dressing though! Best to all!
