Update for Lizabette's "Before Picture to 50 pounds loss and on to Goal!"

Before at 195#--- Very Unhappy with the weight!

30 pounds loss ---Kinda Happy!

35 pounds loss---Somewhat Happier!

45 pounds loss---Much Happier!

50+ pounds loss and on to Goal.---Ecstatic!

great job. Your post reminds me of the faces in the kids dr office that have smilies from 1 to 10 depending on the amount of pain.

Wow, Liz!!! You're truly gorgeous!!! What a great gift not only for dh but for yourself (and, ultimately, our Father).

That is a fabulous dress, and I LOVE the red shoes!!! (I can't wait til my feet are fat free enough to wear strappy things, too.)

I couldn't ask for a better group of supporters than you all!

DaJa, Your Faja was the photographer of the pictures. He did good, huh?
I wish I had some of your oatmeal.
I used my last today and it could be a week before my next products get here.
I will just have to get 'creative' with the stuff I have left!

I am reading up on maintenance now
because I know that if I don't do it right,
I could be right back where I was when I started. :oops:

Now on to the next mini-goal of 140#
