Well, I am a paleface. My mom is really fair (she has the Irish heritage). My dad and my brothers, on the otherhand, black hair, blue eyes, chiseled features. My brothers are both built lick brick bleep houses. Makes me sick. I used to be like that too.

It really seems like every few days there is something else that proves that maybe your daddy was the milkman and my mom was lonely. Or, vice versa!!

This is from a few pages ago, but lots of grape leaves have no meat in them. They're usually served cold or room temperature. Mine have a wonderful mixture of rice, lemon, onions and pine nuts and just a touch of mint. Sigh.

And as for Greek seasoning for chicken, I either mix up my own with lemon, rosemary and garlic, or lately I use Maple Grove Farms' lemon rosemary marinade (usually with a little of my own herbs thrown in to punch it up). But usually the mint isn't very strong, so you might just not have noticed it in there.
