Hi Medifasters,

Just wanted to share with you another milestone I reached today; I'm entering the 30#s club!!!!

Gosh, the first two weeks were "so-so" on energy and all, but right now I can't believe how easy it is to stick to the program: I'm melting so fast I'm passing from one look to another!!

Unca, please give me the pleasure of seeing 30# Club next to my name :D :D :D

Finished: Never

Went to 150, then began gym to build some muscle; currently 173.8! (Need to cut some fat)

Oh, and I noticed I am now a "trusted member". What does it mean compared to "regular member" ?? :o

51-100 Trusted Member
100+ Preferred Member

Hyperion & Serendipity,

GREAT JOB!! to both of you. It's great to see you both at the 30 lb club. Good luck and someday I will be there too. You are both an insperation to all of us.

Hyperion when my son sees your posts he always says Mcdonalds, I always laugh. He is just 5 years old.

Great job you two and I will be watching you both and applauding.
