It's really funny because I've been at kind of a weight loss stand still, but I was completely compliant for the past three days and I got on the scale this morning and it said 209.5 so I had to step on it again to make sure and it went down to 208.0 and then I had to step on it again and it went back up to 209.5. Which officially puts me in the 40# club! Whoohoo! I never thought I'd see it. Thanks for reading my babble.
