I HATE the scale The scale is BAD. This week I have seen in increase of 6lbs and more. I can't believe it I haven't changed my diet really, although I have incorporated a MF carmel bar as one of my supplements and when I ran out of them I tried the granola bar. But I'm still eating the lean and green everyday which this week has been alot of Salmon and steamed broccoli. I'm not a real big water drinker, so I drink alot of diet green tea which is made with splenda and I have been forcing myself to drink water to make sure that I get it in. Please help, I feel like that little old lady that use to be in commercials back in the 80's-----"I've fallin and I can't get up" .
