First of all...thanks for the support guys, it really helps.
Day 12 and I am feeling really good. Still having good blood sugars and even got to lower my insulin dosage. I'm not really hungry anymore..sometimes I even have to MAKE myself get my 5 supplements in every day. I like that
I still think I am eating too much protein, but I guess we will see if it gets me on weigh in day. I think because of my sugar levels I need a bit more sometimes. With everything going on with my job (and those around me)....it amazes me that I haven't CHEATED. Wall Street is not the most stable place to work these days..UGH.
Oh well, that's all I've got today....going to watch the market go to Zero.
