Two Day

For two long, two many years, I've told myself that I'm two old, two fat, two lazy, and two weak-willed two ever be able two lose weight.

Two day I tossed aside that negative "self-talk" and entered a place I hadn't been in for two, two many years. (Twenty years two be exact!)

Two day I entered Twoderland!

I'm grateful two all of you who have encouraged and supported me and each other two achieve our goals. :you:

And two any newbies or "looky loos" who aren't sure that Medifast will work for them, take it from a diabetic, 56 year old grandma, on thyroid medication, who five weeks ago had uncontrolled blood sugars, could barely walk up a flight of stairs without feeling the need for oxygen and/or some crutches, and now feels great........."Medifast Works!"


Thank you again. You are all two, two wonderful!!

That's GREAT! I have spent most of my adult life living in twoderland at one end or the other. Though for the last 18 months I have been living in the three's, not a fun place to be.

I am hoping that in the next few days that I will join you in twoderland!
