I buy the all white meat Jennie-O turkey burgers. They are 170 cal each, 2 for 340 cal. 0 carbs. The Quick Start guide states that the L&G should be around 300 cal, so I have salad with Salad Spritzer (0 cal, 0 carb) dressing. They do make you really full! As a Weight Watchers refugee, it took me a while to convince myself I could really eat 2 at a time!

Some turkey burgers are higher in fat, so I would watch that

Yes, be careful of the fat content. I buy the extra lean ground turkey when I buy it. I have bypassed all Jennie- O stuff due to the calories and additives (just my personal choice).
They key is always to make sure that you get in 7 oz of cooked turkey or chicken to be totally compliant to the plan. Your green has calories also, so just be aware of everything.

I prefer to buy the ground turkey too instead of the pre-made burgers as they often add seasonings, etc. to them and the fat content isn't as low. You can often find fat content as low as 1-3% with the ground turkey and make your own burgers out of them.
