I buy the all white meat Jennie-O turkey burgers. They are 170 cal each, 2 for 340 cal. 0 carbs. The Quick Start guide states that the L&G should be around 300 cal, so I have salad with Salad Spritzer (0 cal, 0 carb) dressing. They do make you really full! As a Weight Watchers refugee, it took me a while to convince myself I could really eat 2 at a time!
Some turkey burgers are higher in fat, so I would watch that
