I purchased a Take Shape for Life scale last month. The capacity is 330 pounds. It's on sale this month for $54.75. I appreciate that it measures my weight to 2/10 of a pound, so I can see the littlest change and know that it is accurate.

We gifted my brother with a Take Shape scale for CHRISTmas. He travels a lot with his job and said he missed knowing his weight. He has lost 95 pounds, uses some Medifast every day to help him to maintain his weight and is no longer taking prescription medication for high blood pressure.

The Take Shape scale is of the highest quality and the price is right!

Okay....I did it! I sent for it yesterday. Then I had to order a few more things...so I could get free shipping! :roll:

Well, then I know I will have my shakes on hand too. Nancy, I am loving the Wild Rice Soup. We have had some cool weather lately and it sure has been yummy. So...I hope I will whip that scale out of the box and jump on it. The getting on it is the hard part! :oops:

Well, Joan ...the getting on part will be a lot easier than your previous weighing experiences have been since losing and maintaining weight with Medifast is a breeze!

The Chicken With Wild Rice Soup is very good. I had some yesterday with a snort of soy sauce, a couple of glugs of vinegar and a tad bit of hot sauce and it was fabulous! Made me wanna eat it with my wide china spoon and shallow bowl that Terry brought to me from Okinawa when he was stationed there in the Navy.

That is so funny! I ate mine from a chinese bowl and china spoon too. Presentation makes a difference! I'm going to try your suggestion...maybe tonight...it's getting chilly here.

Now if we can get Medifast to come up with a soy cookie - a legal fortune cookie, we'll be in heaven!

I can see it now, after we scrape out all of the broth and lick our china bowl of every teensy bit of Chicken With Wild Rice & Vegetables Soup, we take a deep draw on our water bottle and crack open a Medifortune...
