ok so this week I did not lose at all but i know i cheated a little, not as bad as i have. But i am gonna try something new this week. I decided that I am gonna do six supplement instead of 5 and 1 lean and green. I think my body needs a kick start. Have any of ya'll tried this? I feel like when I drink more shakes versus hot drinks I loose better. Do any of you feel this way? Just need some imput. Hopefully I get a full week of being compliant!!!
