Try it again

Postby big ron » February 5th, 2007, 6:53 pm

Well here I am again. Today is my son's birthday :birthday: 20 years old. Its as good a day as any to get back. I am at my all time highest weight :bricks: . I left the forum then the plan and gained it all back and then some. It is a life battle and we must not give up. The only thing that is comforting is that Medifast works and if you stop following the plan and go back to the old habits you will go back to the old results. Glad to be back. I did try in October to come back but not hard enough and gained from then. I am happy this forum is here. Time to be accountable. :deadhorse: I am so excited about everyone's success. :kool:

Soon, you will have to change the name to JustRon, because you won't be big anymore. ;)
I've always been Big Mike, and soon people will be wonderin' why that's what they call me.

Welcome, Ron! I am a re-re-restarter and I'm not giving up! I started tracking my weight only last week (but have been following the plan since 1 Jan) and just in the past week I have lost 7 lbs!

WE can do it!

I used to be Big B, now I am just B to some of my friends. Kinda interesting.

Ron, welcome back to a fellow San Antonian. I don't live there now, but look forward to moving back soon. Good luck to you, this time you will get there and you will maintain your loss! If you ever need any support, remember where to come. Feel free to ask!
